I have over 20 years of professional experience as a licensed psychotherapist and substance abuse counselor; and over 10 years of professional experience as a certified health coach.

I earned a Master of Social Work degree, a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, am a Certified Compassion Fatigue Professional, and a graduate of the Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences specialized training program in Stress Management.

I worked at Ascension in Racine for 16 years in a variety of roles including outpatient mental health counselor, addictions counselor, intensive outpatient program counseling coordinator and facilitator, EAP account manager, and outpatient behavioral health department supervisor.

I also own a business consulting company, Pam Hauke Seminars, which provides employers with a wide variety of on-site counseling, consulting, and coaching services.

I’m a graduate of, and past Program Committee Chairperson for Leadership Racine, an important program building community strength through leadership development.

I served as an instructor for the University of Wisconsin-Parkside Psychology Department and was a member of their College of Natural and Health Sciences Board.
